LIVE Conversations with Cross Currents Leadership: Simone Adams, Color My Outdoors

Resources to Connect Diverse Communities to Outdoor Recreation

Thank you to everyone who tuned into my LIVE Conversations with Cross Currents Leadership featuring Simone Adams from Color My Outdoors.

Simone Adams is the Founder of Color My Outdoors, an ACA River Kayaking Instructor and a mission-driven leader who is changing the landscape of outdoor recreation opportunities across the southeast for People of Color by dismantling barriers, building representation, and fostering meaningful connections to nature. Through her work, she bridges cultural heritage with environmental stewardship, creating inclusive pathways that encourage People of Color to reclaim their place in nature. Join us in this episode to be inspired, to learn new strategies for designing programs for inclusion, and to learn about resources Color My Outdoors is making available for outdoor recreation leaders who share this mission.

Next LIVE Conversation will be: Wednesday, Feb 25 at 7 pm Eastern with Risa Shimoda from River Management Society
**RMS Water Trails Working Group and River Management Roundtables**
